THE CEREMONY

1:30pm
Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church
18000 E Arapahoe Rd, Foxfield, CO 80016

We are having an abbreviated Catholic Mass to celebrate the sacrament of marriage. You do not need to be Catholic or religious in any way to attend; we just ask that all are respectful.

THE CATHOLIC GAP

2:30pm - 4:30pm

Due to the nature of our Catholic ceremony and traditional timing, there is a slight gap between the ceremony and the cocktail hour/reception. Guests are encouraged to visit the Breckenridge Brewery located on The Inverness property, or are welcome to explore the city in this free time.

THE CELEBRATION

4:30
The Oaks at Plum Creek
321 Players Club Dr, Castle Rock, CO 80104

Join us for an hour of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner, dancing, and fun! Please, no outside alcohol! The reception will be a full service open bar so we appreciate you respecting this rule!

DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

If you choose to fly in for our wedding, DIA is the closest airport. It is approximately 35 minutes from The Inverness Denver, where we have secured a room block, or 45 minutes from the venue itself if you choose to find a different hotel or Airbnb near the venue.

THE INVERNESS DENVER, A HILTON GOLF & SPA RESORT

Enjoy access to the pool, pickleball courts, complimentary bike rentals, and a 10% discount on spa services. Guests have access to the golf range or may book a tee time during their stay. A complimentary shuttle is provided to and from The Oaks at Plum Creek for the wedding reception, including one early evening pick up and one end-of-the-night pick up. You may reserve a room through the booking link below or call 1-855-274-3978, room block code LM06.

Garden of the Gods

In town for the wedding a little early and looking for a day activity to explore Colorado? Garden of the Gods is a beautiful natural national landmark with walking trails throughout.

Plan on this taking up a chunk of time as it is a 50 minute drive from the Inverness hotel.

Park Meadows Mall

Forget to pack something or just want to do a little shopping? Park Meadows is a big mall offering a lot of popular shops. Also offers several great restaurant options along the outside portion of the property.

Approximately a six minute drive from The Inverness Hotel.

MAKE IT A FULL VACATION

Idaho Springs, Colorado

Extending your trip just a day or two and don't want a full drive up into the mountains? Idaho springs is a small mountain town with a lot of companies offering experiences like white water rafting, rock climbing, and zip lines. Main street has several great restaurants/breweries and small gift shops and ice cream/candy shops. We like Tommyknocker Brewery and Pub and Beau Jos Pizza. Not a place you'd find many hotels/stay overnight, but a super fun day trip!

Approximately 50 min -1 hour drive from The Inverness Hotel.

Winter Park, Colorado

Looking to make your trip out to our wedding a full vacation? Winter Park is a fun mountain town/resort with activities like mountain biking, hiking, scenic gondola rides, an alpine slide, plus restaurants and breweries.

Approximately 1.5-2 hours from The Inverness Hotel.

Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Really committed to a full mountain vacation? Steamboat Springs is Caroline's favorite mountain town! It offers the same things as Winter Park (hiking, mountain biking, gondola ride, alpine slide) but also offers a larger downtown area with great restaurants and lots of shopping, tubing down the Yampa River, and The Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo (unfortunately this is only on Friday/Saturdays and our wedding is on Saturday).

Approximately a 3 hour drive from The Inverness Hotel.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adult-only occasion with the exception of our flower girl. We hope you enjoy a night off, and greatly appreciate your understanding.

HOW DO I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time after the formal invitation goes out. We will also include a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP to us!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN NOT MAKE IT?

You will definitely be missed! If you can not attend our wedding, please indicate " Sorry, I can't make it" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes, I'll be there" but find that you will not make it, please notify Caroline as soon as you are aware.

CAN I BRING A DATE OR A PLUS 1?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your formal invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Semi-formal attire. For ladies, think nice dresses, anything from knee length, to tea length, to ankle length, or long floor length if you desire. Jumpsuits are also wonderful if that's more your style. Gentlemen, think dress pants and button-down shirts - sport coat or suit preferred.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30pm so please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat inside the church.

WHAT TIME DO I ARRIVE AT THE OAKS FOR THE RECEPTION?

Please join us at 4:30 for cocktail hour and light hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner and dancing.

THERE IS A COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE? TELL ME MORE!

The shuttle service is provided by the hotel for guests staying within our room block. If you have a reservation there, you're all set! Guests staying elsewhere will need to plan separate transportation to the venue.

The shuttle provides transportation to and from The Oaks at Plum Creek for the wedding reception. Guests must secure their own transportation to and from the wedding ceremony at Our Lady of Loretto.

There will be two return shuttles to the hotel after the reception: one early evening for those ready to turn in, and a final late night pick up for those who stay to dance the night away with us.

WHAT DO I DO IN THE TIME BETWEEN THE CHURCH CEREMONY AND COCKTAIL HOUR?

Please use this time however you would like, whether it is to rest/freshen up at your accommodations, or explore the area. We recommend guests visit the Breckenridge Brewery/ patio at The Inverness Denver. All guests staying at the hotel can take the free shuttle to the reception at The Oaks. Guests who are not staying at the hotel are welcome to enjoy drinks at the brewery, but unfortunately, are not able to ride the complimentary shuttle provided by the hotel.
